What is the difference? Hot air, dry air dryer

What is the difference? Hot air, dry air dryer

Hot air dryer

In a hot air drier the air is drawn in through an air filter. The air is drawn in via a
Heating heated and then passed into the material container. Here the air is dehumidified the granules. About a lid vent connection the moist air is brought to the outside.

Residual moisture content of <0.1% are possible with this drying method.

The degree of drying of the material is strongly dependent on the moisture content of the air circulation!

Here they come to our hot air dryers!

Desiccant drier (Dry air dryer )

A desiccant dryer consists of a drying unit and a heated hopper capacity. in the
Dry unit dry air is produced and directed it to container material. Here is the
Heated plastic granulate and dehumidifies. The moist air passes back to the dry aggregate and is
there dehumidified again. The regenerated air is dry again and can be used to dehumidify the
Plastic granules are used. The air circuit is quasi closed.

Residual moisture <0.02% are possible with this type of drying!

The drying of the material takes place as far as possible independent of the moisture content of the air circulation!

Here they come to our dry air dryer!
